I know Harvesters are worthless in the fact that they are so expensive, same with the Michi implant. And I don't need the miners guide, I just wanted to know if the fastest has ever been achieved??? And what that speed might be.

I mine in Yona, plenty of belts and fairly safe for can-mining. I refine my ore and haul to Jita to sell. Also, DEFINATLY go for the retriever, no question.
